WordPress 2.3.1 Released

Not long after WordPress 2.3 was released, WordPress 2.3.1 has been released today! WordPress 2.3.1 includes bug and security fixes.
Also, if you use Windows Live Writer, 2.3.1 includes the necessary files to make tagging possible.
