Google’s “Sponsored Link” Becomes Yellow
April 5th, 2007 at 9:25 PM (17 years ago) by Matt FreedmanIf you have noticed, the background colour for the “Sponsored Link” on a Google search have changed from Blue to Yellow. A pale yellow. The previous colour, blue, worked much better, and complemented the colours of Google’s site much better. Now, the yellow is just an eyesore. This is probably to bring more attention to the Sponsored Links, so Google makes more money.
