AGLOCO, Get Paid For Internet Surfing

Monday, April 30th, 2007

AGLOCO, which stands for A Global Community, is a company that pays you to surf the Internet. Which I’m sure is a dream for all of us, to be paid to just surf around how you want.

How does it work? Well, first of all, after signing up, you download the Viewbar, install it, enter your ID and Password and continue on with your surfing. That’s basically it, but I’ll elaborate a bit on it.

So, what you do is become a member. Which is extremely easy. Just click here and enter your details.

Then, start inviting your friends to sign up to it too. Why, you may ask? Well, you’ll benefit from it. You’ll make money from your direct referrals, and you’ll make money for their referrals and their referrals, etc, up to a total of 5 levels! Which, could make you quite a lot of money (if they actually surf around πŸ˜› ).

Β Now, the Viewbar. It actually isn’t out yet, but it’s supposed to be released within days. You’ll install the bar and it’ll go into your browser (sorta πŸ˜› ). You’ll log into it, and start your surfing. The bar will display ads and you’ll make money.

You can make money for up to 5 hours a month.

You can also make money from your referral’s surfing (25%), up to the amount of hours you have surfed, or up to the amount of hours they surfed (if you surfed more then them). So, if they surfed the maximum 5 hours (and you surfed 5 hours), you would get 1.25 hours of credit for it. But, if they surfed for 5 hours, and you only surfed for 4 hours, you would only get the 25% for 4 hours.

This program is basically a no-brainer. Get paid for having the Viewbar enabled and logged in and surfing around (as you probably do anyways πŸ˜› ).

So, go check it out!

Update: AGLOCO no longer exists, so the links in this post have been removed. This post is kept here for archival purposes.

Web Hosting Unleashed

Web Hosting UnleashedA couple of days ago, I found the Web Hosting Review site Web Hosting Unleashed. It’s a pretty good Host Review site. Naturally, I submitted a reviewΒ on BlueFur.

I’ve been told that they’re almost finished a Host comparison tool, so that’ll be cool.

Overall, it’s a great Review Site. It’s also got a nice layout. So, if you’re researching Hosts, check them out. πŸ˜€

Mitchell Harper Shuts Down His Blog and is Selling HarpzOn.Com

Sunday, April 22nd, 2007

HarpzOn.Com was one of the blogs I regularly read, because it offered great information, mostly. Now, Mitchell Harper posted that he no longer has time to have a Blog, and is selling the domain HarpzOn.Com. He started blogging in late February (of 2007). I guess this goes to show you how fast Sites can fall apart, and especially how Blogs can quickly go down hill. The starting bid for the HarpzOn.Com domain is $5000 USD, which I think is pretty expensive, even though the domain is ranked fairly well (apparently 734 links from 214 blogs, says Technorati, and an Alexa Rank of 65 392). Just thought I’d post about this… I’m bored anyways. πŸ˜‰

Looks like I’ll need to find another Blog to put into my Feed Reader. πŸ˜›

April Fools: CrunchGear Gets New Design

CrunchGear's April Fools' New Design

CrunchGear now has a new (cough) website design. Nice April Fools joke, a little too retro, though. This must’ve been what websites looked like when HTML 1 was released. πŸ˜› Okay, maybe not then, but still a long time ago. πŸ˜›
