Phone the number that is provided, and follow the instructions. You’ll have to tell them the number you see, and explain the situation, then they should give you a number to type in, which should fix the problem.

i tried resarting over and over again but still nothing and my copy of windows is legal

If you have a legit copy of Windows Vista, when it happens, phone the number provided (or look it up on another computer if it doesn't show up) and explain the problem the the Support Representative. They should give you a number to type in that will reactivate your copy of Windows and (supposedly) reset your "hardware sum" so that it shouldn't happen again soon. It's only shown up once or twice for me, and restarting a couple of times always made it go away, so I haven't had to call Microsoft about it... Also, if you haven't already, read my post on why this happens.
